Nothing here yet either Staffy.
I think my 1963 shirt was a bit slow coming but there were issues with my parcel pickup account at the time.

Knowing my luck I'll be the only one who doesn't get one. . .

Well I contacted Teespring and got a reply.  Here's the emails for you guys as I don't relly get what they were saying....

Hi,
I was involved in a group order with a bunch of other guys in a bike club. Some of them got their shirts around 2 weeks ago, some last week (all in Australia) whereas I still haven't seen mine along with another member here in Adelaide.
And.. I couldn't log in to the website so I requested a new password but never got the email.
I'm getting a bit frustrated as I was quoted that the shirt would turn up by the 24th June.
Regards,
Paul

Hi Paul,
I'm sorry you haven't received your shirt! I checked your tracking information and your order has been shipped. You can see this via the tracking info here:
******************
It would have been delivered by USPS in a blue Teespring bag. It is also possible that it is being held at your local post/customs office. They may be able to find it for you if you contact them!
If they are unable to locate your item, please let me know for further assistance.
Thanks for using Teespring!

The tracking does not work as it will only track to the usa border. I am in australia.
I have spoken with the post office last week and this week and there is no sign of it.
Paul

Hi Paul,
I'm really sorry about this inconvenience. I took a look at all the shipments for this campaign, and the majority of them have been delivered. Unfortunately, it’s looking like there may have been an error
during the delivery of your package, I’m so sorry about that. Unlike an online storefront, each campaign on our site is made to order, so we only print the exact number of shirts and sizes that were
ordered and ship them directly. I wish there was more I could do, but we unfortunately do not have any extras for exchanges.
I understand that it’s not the same as receiving the item you purchase, but I’ve issued you a full refund of $30.50. This will show up in your bank account in 3-5 business days.
Please let me know if you have any other questions! I'm really sorry, again, for the inconvenience. Please let me know if there’s anything more I can do to help,
Sincerely,
Jocelyn

Well at this point I thought well they have refunded some of the money ($30, not the $34 I paid because of the exchange rate) so I thought I'd find out what was really going on.

Jocelyn

So what you are effectively telling me is that you guys didn’t print enough shirts right?  If you did print it and the error was with the shipping and it was never shipped then mine would have still been sitting there and you could send it out to me.  Otherwise you have either sent it to the wrong place or you never printed it and charged me for the shirt anyway.

Regardless of which of these scenarios is actually true have now lost all faith in your business.  You can’t just say “sorry there was a mixup and we don’t have any left” then send a refund which incidentally, is actually $3 short because of the current exchange rate when the idea is supposed to be a crowd funding setup.  The idea is you pay for your share and you get your share, not you pay for your share, they make some and you miss out.  That’s not how it works.

So what has happened here is I have paid roughly $3 for the privilege of waiting for a shirt that was either never printed, never sent or sent to the wrong place.

I’ll be sure to let the rest of the folks in the club know about this so if anyone is still waiting on their mythical shirts they can also contact you for a refund of all but $3 of which they paid.

Paul

I'll let you guys know if I find anything out.  In the meantime if you ordered a shirt and didn't get it contact them for a refund.

If they did actually post it, you might still get it. When I was in the US in 2011 I bought a heap of parts for my Mustang and sent 2 boxes home by USPS. One turned up and the second one didn't.
It arrived 3 weeks later and had been inspected by Customs, so I could only assume that they had it for the extra time as both boxes had been posted at the same time from the same place.

I'll check at the PO for mine again tomorrow.
Wasn't one for standing in queues the last couple of weeks.

Took mine for a ride on Sunday, went well (seems to make the bike go faster - even if I was on a borrowed Viagra 250)   fietsertour

Got mine today.  Turns out that they had been there for a while but they did not send me the notification    2tickedoff
Fortunately one of the ladies ignored protocol as she figured the owner would really want them and did not send them back!  Phew
AP's not T-Spring's fault.

I'm sending a dummy package tonight to see if it turns up and I get notified OK.

It should be a dark blue bag with small t-spring logos all over it.
I had checked at least once since mine arrived.
I reckon they tend to look for boxes.  Also, they may not be likely to admit later if they cocked up.  I think I was very lucky with mine.

Should also pointy out mine did have a printing fault—shadowing on some of the printing; I'm not complaining to them though.

I had an E-Bay item not turn up, entered into dispute etc. but let it lapse.  I'm sort of glad I did as I now consider AP to be the prime suspect on that one too.

Hi Guys,
Profits from the 'T'-shirts came to $146.86.
As I indicated at the start this will go to the forum once I receive payment.

Finally transferred the $$$.
Thanks to those who supported this.
Sorry things didn't work out Staffy.
I do think you just got caught by your situation with AP.
I know you're out of pocket but at least TeeSpring honoured the refund.
