I tried a good few times of late to log on but all I kept getting was a 403 error.
I had to change my password to open the lock.  happy0062

A couple of others ,including myself, have had similar problems.

If this happens please try going to the “ home page” by typing in the following.

Please note the S in https which means it is a secure site now (something that is changing on most websites)

Cleaning your Internet Browsers memory (cache) can help.  E.G. Chrome, Firefox, etc.

Holding down CTRL & SHIFT, and then pressing DELETE on your keyboard will bring up the "clear cache" ability of most Internet browsers running on a Microsoft computer.

Ctrl+shift+delete

If you leave a tick in "Cookies", (to delete cookies) you might well have to sign in again to sites that you have a password for.

If you take that tick out (to keep the cookies), then your remembered logins may well continue.

(The keyboard shortcut on a Mac is Ctrl+alt+ e for the same result)

If you type a "wrong" password, you get directed to the page to reset ur password-see pic, press the "forgot ur password link- which I assume would email you a reset link to ur registered email-assuming you...... haven't forgotten ur email password.... 2wink  [ You are not allowed to view attachments ]

Just letting you know there have not been any changes made to the forum software in the last 3-4 months (and certainly none in the last few days as I am on holidays) so I suspect the hosting provider may have recently made some changes.  Also, the change from "http" to "https" was made in March this year and has been working properly since then.

That said, I have just made a change so that ANY of the following forum addresses should work:
www.australiancx.asn.au
http://www.australiancx.asn.au
https://www.australiancx.asn.au
australiancx.asn.au
http://australiancx.asn.au
